QUALIFICATIONS
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in product management within the healthcare technology sector, focusing on pharmacy or data products.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a creative approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We seek a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our data-related products in the Pharmacy Division. This role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth, efficient, and delightful data flow, management, analysis, and report publication between payers, Innovaccer, and pharmacies. The ideal candidate will deeply understand healthcare data ecosystems and demonstrate strong leadership in product strategy and execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Strategy Development:
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for pharmacy-related data products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product goals and timelines are aligned.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, including payers and pharmacies, to gather requirements and feedback.
- Product Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and ongoing enhancements.
- Ensure that products meet quality standards and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Data Management & Analysis:
- Lead initiatives for effective data management practices to enhance data flow across systems.
- Utilize analytics to drive insights that inform product improvements and business decisions.
- Team Leadership:
- Mentored and guided junior product managers and cross-functional team members.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
