REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or MBA with a focus on technology and innovation preferred.
• Proven track record of 3+ years in senior-level product management roles, with a significant focus on innovation and software product development.
• Knowledge and experience in AI technologies, machine learning, and their application in software solutions. Experience in AI-driven product initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills. Experience in mentoring Product Managers, especially in innovation-related domains is preferred.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to drive innovation and deliver successful products.
• Experience in managing the full product lifecycle with a focus on integrating emerging technologies and delivering high-impact solutions.

• AI-Driven Product Strategy: Define and execute a forward-looking product strategy with a focus on integrating artificial intelligence and innovative technologies. Help to align this strategy with the company’s mission and long-term objectives, driving competitive differentiation through AI advancements.
• Innovation Leadership: Help leading the identification and implementation of AI innovations that address industry-specific challenges. Foster a culture of experimentation and cutting-edge thinking within the product management team to maintain Graphisoft’s leadership in the AEC sector.
• Technical Leadership: Guide the development of AI-powered features and solutions, leveraging your technical expertise in AI and machine learning.
• Market and Technology Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and technology analysis to identify emerging AI trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities. Utilize these insights to shape product development and strategic direction.
• AI Product Roadmap: Develop and manage the AI product roadmap, setting clear priorities for AI feature development. Ensure alignment with overall product strategy and business goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, developers, and AI specialists to gather and prioritize product requirements. Translate these requirements into actionable features and enhancements.
• Product Development Lifecycle: Oversee the complete AI product development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions. Address technical challenges and guide the team in leveraging innovation technologies effectively.
• User Feedback and AI Insights: Continuously gather and analyze user feedback on AI features to drive product enhancements and new AI capabilities. Leverage AI analytics to gain insights into user behavior and needs.
