ABOUT OUR TEAM

We are seeking a dynamic product leader for our “Grid” solution portfolio, focusing on our cutting-edge analytics platform. In this role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from gathering requirements to product launch. Your mission will be to deliver a comprehensive grid analytics platform that equips Distribution System Operators with crucial insights, enabling them to efficiently predict, manage, and operate their infrastructure amidst the rapid integration of Decentralised Energy Resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers and other parts of the business (Sales, Account Management, Global Product) to understand and shape requirements to feed into the product backlog and longer-term roadmap.
  • Work with the development team to shape the high-level roadmap and prioritise feature development across the platform.
  • In collaboration with the development team, write user stories, high level user journey and business process flow charts and conduct ongoing user acceptance testing, product quality sign-off, and product documentation.
  • Collaborate with development teams to bring innovation and key differentiators into products.
  • Write newsletter and blog updates to keep customers informed of new features being developed/launched.
  • Work with Customer Delivery and Business development team in building up client’s proposal or answering RFP.
  • Drive the delivery of the roadmap by supporting the work of the development team using agile tooling, running ceremonies (retrospective, planning, discovery, demos…) and acting as facilitator with other teams to remove dependencies or clarify issues.
  • Coordinate across our multiple long-standing product teams to proactively manage dependencies and drive cross team collaboration to deliver the project outcomes.
  • Use analytics data and first-hand research to understand user behaviours and inform product and design improvements.
  • Understand and follow market trends and competition.
