MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-10 years experience in a product management role focused on financial products, with demonstrated success partnering with an engineering team to deliver critical initiatives.
- Ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization, from C-level to individual contributors
- Ability to manage and influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
- Experience building online financial products, and/or knowledge of the consumer finance market.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends; excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills
- Experience with product management and software development using an Agile development methodology
- Strong familiarity with banking and credit union industry and core processing solutions.
Position location This role is available in the following locations: Remote
Time zone requirements The team operates on the East/West coast time zones.
Travel requirements As a digital first company, the majority of your work can be accomplished remotely. The majority of our employees can live and work anywhere in the U.S but are encouraged to to still spend high quality time in-person collaborating via regular onsites. The in-person sessions’ cadence varies depending on the team and role; most teams meet once or twice per quarter for 2-4 consecutive days at a time.
