We are a small company of ~80 people (across Poland, Spain and Mexico) that deeply cares about our product and customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS, vSaaS and/or EdTech
  • Solid experience with product management at complex b2b platforms (CRMs, ERPs)
  • Ability to stay being both strategic and very hands-on (that’s hard!)
  • Exceptional self-organization skills
  • Strong time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines consistently
  • Demonstrated ability to create and follow systematic processes for product development and management
  • Ability to maintain a clean and efficient workflow, ensuring all team members can easily access and understand project-related information
  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Data-driven decision-making experience
  • Hands-on experience with any analytics platform (MixPanel, Amplitude, PostHog etc.)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly features
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
  • English professional working proficiency

Responsibilities:

  • Talking to customers, talking to customers and… talking to customers
  • Translating business and customers needs into product solutions
  • Manage the core product lifecycle of the app: from ideation, discovery, design & development to release.
  • Thinking through product changes in the context of current product, external requirements (like compliance/regulations), and technical limitations
  • Preparing detailed user stories and other necessary product inputs (e.g., UI wireframes)
  • Making or endorsing product decisions during the development process
  • Monitoring development progress to ensure alignment with product goals
  • Solving product-related issues as they arise from the technical realm
  • Collaborating with developers, designers, customer success, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth product development
  • Maintaining and update deliverable acceptance criteria as new information emerges
  • Accepting or rejecting deliverables based on predefined criteria
  • Shaping and writing product documentation
