Tasks

  • Product Strategy: Work with the leadership team to define and execute the product vision and strategy for our medical apps, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
  • Roadmap Development: Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback, market demand, and business objectives.
  • Product-led Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive product growth, increase user acquisition, and expand market reach.
  • Feature Development: Prioritize, plan, and oversee the implementation of new features and enhancements. Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to bring these features to life.
  • Adherence and Retention: Design and execute initiatives to improve user adherence and enhance retention rates, while closely collaborating with the data and medical teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, data, medical, regulatory, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Continuous Product Discovery: Engage in ongoing product discovery activities to uncover user needs, validate product concepts, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Metrics and KPIs: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and user behavior data to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product development.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that products comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Mentorship: Mentor more junior product managers and contribute to a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the healthcare, medical, or fitness app industry.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app development processes and technologies.
  • Proven track record of ROI and OKR-driven product development.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, derive insights, and make data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful product launches.
  • Deep empathy for users and a passion for creating products that improve their health and well-being.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in German and French is a plus.
