As Senior Product Manager, you’ll work hands-on with our Founder and CMO to execute the product vision, aligning with the CTO on feasibility. This role is about taking strategic input and turning it into tangible product improvements that elevate the customer experience. You’ll focus on feature development that enhances how users discover, match, and pay for services.

Your Role in our team
- Take input from relevant stakeholders to execute the product vision and strategy
- Manage the end-to-end product development process, focusing on feature implementation
- Collaborate closely with engineering, and marketing teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Identify opportunities for growth, experiment with solutions, and quickly hack together prototypes to test ideas
- Optimize key user journeys, including discovery, matching, and payments on our platform
- Track product performance metrics and iterate to improve functionality and user satisfaction
- Ensure all product developments align with the company’s vision of making elderly care transparent, affordable, and reliable
Your Profile
- You have 3+ years of professional experience in Product Management, ideally with consumer-facing products.
- You always ensure there’s enough new features for our engineers to work on
- You are able to define the direction of a cross-functional team and align stakeholders around it.
- You appreciate speed and quick iterations in order to deliver value early and learn fast.
- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and measure the impact and outcome
- You have a strong sense of ownership and like to have a high degree of autonomy.
- You have excellent English fluency (verbal and written).
- A plus is speaking German, Polish, Romanian, or Lithuanian
- You have strong experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- You demonstrate the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
