The CSCP Organization is responsible for traditional supply chain functions such as Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, but also manages supportability (spares), decommissioning and disposition of Data center assets worldwide. We deliver the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft’s over 200 online businesses including Bing, MSN, Office 365, Xbox Live, Skype, OneDrive and the Microsoft Azure platform for external customers. We have an exciting opportunity in the CSCP Strategy and Transformation (S&T) organization. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will help define our overall strategy for Sourcing and Risk & Compliance Initiatives, create a product roadmap that will help execute our mission and drive program and product deliverables.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
• OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years combined experience in Supply Chain, Cloud Program Management, Product Management, Data Science, Operations Research, technical/engineering role(s).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 7+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
• OR equivalent experience.
• Good understanding of supply chain fundamentals
• Understanding of Cloud Fundamentals and Technologies
• MBA/MS/graduate degree in a quantitative field.
• Proven success in collaborating across engineering, business, data science, and operational teams, up to and including working with Partner/GM level stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to quickly learn existing concepts and employ new techniques.
• Good problem-solving skills.
  Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
