Our Dublin-based Release and Delivery Experience (RDX) team’s mission is to empower decision-makers with actionable insights, effective controls, and predictable releases that enable them to drive end-user productivity effectively and efficiently. A key element is reliably delivering high-quality M365 software to all our customers. We ship all of Office’s products across all platforms - Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android - via one unified, frictionless pipeline that enables fast feedback loops, exposure control, efficient use of our audiences, and a hypothesis-driven engineering model. In the spirit of One Microsoft, our vision is to make this system extensible such that it can be leveraged across the entire company.
This position focuses on evolving and innovating our release and decision-making platform, including defining a go-forward vision that enables self-onboarding and scalable monitoring, developing and driving plans to achieve it, and partnering with engineering on execution.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree AND experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
• OR equivalent experience.
• You must be legally authorized to work in Ireland to be eligible for this role.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Influences and drives engagement with cross-functional internal partnerships, including early adopting customers, senior leadership, and other key stakeholders to gather input and garner support for product/service vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple feature areas across divisional boundaries.
• Defines and evangelizes others around driving significant business impact across the organization and tracking success criteria and performance metrics.
• Provides thought leadership and is sought out to address questions and challenges from group managers and other leaders.
• Advocates for priorities and resources needed to deliver desired outcomes for multiple feature areas (e.g., product, service) across divisional boundaries. Partners to rally others around shared priorities.
• Balances listening and sharing of information to obtain alignment.
