• A candidate degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in product management or similar roles in B2B software
• Deep understanding and practical experience with modern product management
• Proven track record of product successes
• Experience in transforming customer insights into actionable, prioritized roadmaps
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

• Lead product discovery for XProtect’s front-end, continuously validating that we’re building products our customers love
• Conduct in-depth customer research to uncover unmet needs and opportunities
• Define the product strategy together with key stakeholders
