Description:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Mitigram team in their ambitious endeavour to shape the future of financing global trade.
Mitigram is building a platform that brings together corporates, banks, and financial institutions to find coverage for risk management and working capital needs, bridging gaps in global finance and empowering businesses to optimize cash flow and unlock new opportunities as they trade and expand globally.

The Stockholm based role involves close collaboration with many parts of the organization. You’ll interface with customer success, sales and customers whilst working in a cross functional team of developers, testers and designers. Your key role is to ensure that we discover the right product opportunities, plan and collaborate on the solutions and ensure delivery within the agreed timeframe.

What you will do
Actively contribute to the creation of the product vision and roadmap.
Discover and analyse prioritized requirements and derive detailed customer user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Create and maintain product backlog, and continuously align priorities of backlog items with stakeholders
Drive the implementation of the product backlog by working closely with the cross-functional team lead(s) for prioritisation, slicing, and release planning
Collaborate with users, internal stakeholders, designers and the cross-functional team(s) on the solution design and implementation of new capabilities
Validate that the implemented functionality solves the identified customer needs
Gather feedback, use metric and analyse trends to drive product improvements
Prepare product related material and conduct training sessions and presentations on new features and products.
Support and troubleshoot questions and issues raised by both internal and external users
What you should have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science and/or other relevant field
5+ years’ experience working with treasury or other financial systems, in Product Management, Product Development, or similar roles
Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing, and can communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences
Strong organizational skills
Affinity for working with business workflows and systems
Deep interest in and care for software products and how they’re built
Good track record of delivering product
Great if you have experience with
Agile development methodologies

As part of the recruitment process, we will ask the final candidate for a couple of references that they have had or currently have a work-related relationship with in the last 5 years. We may also conduct a background check.
