QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in technology or AI-focused companies.
• Proven track record of developing and launching impactful products in fast-paced environments.
• Strong technical background with experience overseeing projects involving advanced technologies such as AI, machine learning, or large-scale systems.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of presenting ideas to various stakeholders effectively.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to create products that improve consumer engagement and satisfaction.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, including market analysis, product performance, and competitive positioning.
• Agile, adaptable, and capable of delivering under tight deadlines and evolving priorities.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the development and execution of new AI technologies into scalable, user-focused products that will define the next generation of software interaction. This role requires a visionary approach and a robust understanding of both market demands and technological advancements. Your leadership will bridge the gap between complex AI capabilities and practical, market-ready products that meet the needs of millions around the globe.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define the product vision and roadmap for MultiOn’s AI agent technology, focusing on features that enhance user interaction and autonomy.
• Lead cross-functional teams comprising engineering, design, and research to deliver innovative product solutions aligned with strategic business goals.
• Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape to position our AI products at the forefront of the industry.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on user feedback, business priorities, and technical complexity.
• Conduct user research and usability studies to refine product features and ensure our products deliver value and an exceptional user experience.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, and beyond, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team, encouraging risk-taking and innovative thinking.
