ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll work within our Product and Technology department as a Senior Product Manager. The main objectives of the department are:

• Support the migration and product improvements of our Nordic brands, Klaravik (Sweden and Denmark), Auksjonen (Norway), DAB (Denmark), and PS Auctions (Sweden), on ATLAS, our proprietary platform.
• Further Growing and scaling our platform to evolve into the biggest auction house in Europe.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You will report to the Chief Product Officer and collaborate closely with our Nordic Brand leadership teams to plan and prioritize product features, focusing on pre-, post-, and auction processes.
• Work with the brand leadership teams to ensure input and alignment on the product roadmaps to the company vision, mission, and three-year plan.
• You will translate platform vision and strategy into roadmaps and success metrics for your product to achieve our ambitious business flagship metrics.
• You will drive product-led development of features for our customers, improve their journey, and facilitate auctioning throughout Europe.
• You will help development teams build software that enhances our customers’ experience and focuses specifically on our Nordic brands.
• Your preference for data-led decision-making will enable you to use customer, product, and business analytics to innovate and prioritize the features that matter to our customers and business.
• Your strong stakeholder management will motivate you to understand the perspectives and priorities of our teams and co-create our platform vision with them.
• Foster a culture of doing the right thing, delivering results, and acting like an owner, embodying TBAuctions’ core values in all aspects of your work.
