- A deep passion for enhancing user experiences through technology, with a customer-centric approach to solving problems and delivering value.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to forge strong relationships across the organization, influence without authority, and lead teams toward shared goals and successful outcomes.
- Expertise in product management and Agile/Scrum product development life cycles, as well as building and delivering high-quality software on time
- A solid understanding of setting, measuring, and improving product success metrics
- Familiarity working in parallel with multiple squads across different time-zones
