Responsibilities:
- Create and execute product roadmaps, managing multiple games and projects while delivering compelling product visions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize new features and engaging player experiences
- Lead market research, competitor analysis, and monetization strategies, including IAP, ads, and tailored features
- Drive player retention, onboarding, and engagement using gamification techniques and data-driven insights
- Analyze game economies, optimize live service content, and leverage player data to enhance performance and revenue
