We have a tight-knit team that has meaningful relationships with one another. To see how we started, check out our pitch on Dragon’s Den. Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a senior product manager at RVezy, you’ll lead a cross-functional team of engineers, product designers, and data analysts to build the Airbnb for RVs. You will uncover and prioritize deep-seated customer problems that will move the needle for the business, collaborating with product design to design a solution for that problem, working with engineers to ship that solution, and working with our data team to understand if your solution solved the underlying customer problem. Along the way, you’ll communicate with internal stakeholders to understand their perspectives, design metrics for success, and learn exactly why your solution did or did not make an impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define a product vision and gain buy-in from your team and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify, quantify, and prioritize customer problems that align with the product vision. Execute solutions that efficiently solve customer problems.
  • Build a strong team culture that is aligned, efficient, collaborative, delivers results, and makes the best use of internal and external resources.
  • Dig deep into our data to uncover insights that help drive the north star and core metrics for your team.
  • Work collaboratively with product design, engineering, and operations to ensure effective delivery and support of our services.
  • Act as the owner for a core area of our product, being accountable for the team’s overall performance.
  • Most importantly, have fun, and accomplish the mission with a positive and winning attitude.
