Senior Product Manager

As the Senior Product Manager for Colleague & Customer devices, you will be setting the
vision and strategy for an important part of our business when it comes to delivering
the experience that our colleagues and customers expect. Your strategy and vision will
help guide the team that are ultimately responsible for the selection, deployment and
service of over 100,000 devices, ranging from laptops, mobile phones, colleague picking
handsets, body worn cameras and much, much more.
You will work closely with colleagues to understand their needs in order to help drive
efficiencies and offer the best working experience possible. In addition, you will listen to
customers’ desires and habits in order to offer the best experience when shopping in
any of our stores, with a view to prioritising your backlog whilst working with our
engineering teams to bring your vision to reality, all in a fast paced environment.
Given the breadth and diversity of our devices, you will be expected to manage a broad
set of both stakeholders and vendors, ensuing that our sourcing and deployment
capabilities are industry leading in terms of experience and all within budget.
