WE’RE INTERESTED IN HEARING FROM AN EXPERIENCED DIGITAL PRODUCT PROFESSIONAL WITH RELEVANT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDING:
- Creating, and driving digital product strategies and roadmaps
- Introducing and driving techniques and frameworks that enable digital product teams to scale and grow their impact
- A strategic professional with proven leadership, influencing and facilitation capabilities, and can work with varying contexts and problem spaces
- Excellent analytical capability, with experience in translating digital data into meaningful insights against the Crews Objectives and Key Results
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Sound understanding of Retail Banking Services
- Strong commercial acumen, with proven experience in linking broad digital interactions with strong business benefits
- Expert written communication and presentation skills
- Effective interpersonal skills – collaboration, influencing, negotiation, conflict resolution.
- Desire and ability to roll up the sleeves and get into the detail to support our digital product squads, when needed
