Description:

SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER

Contract type: Full-time. We offer flexibility of working hours and location.
Location: Bristol (hybrid) We ask all team members to come into the office at least 3 x per quarter.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

This role runs across all product teams so an excellent technical understanding alongside excellent experience working with delivering B2B2C features is a must.

  • You have worked for a B2B SaaS platform and understand the business model and challenges well.
  • You have worked with an API product and understand well how APIs work and what developers look for in a great API product.
  • You have worked in a small but growing organisation and have seen firsthand the challenges product teams face in keeping communication and decision-making clear and agile as we grow.
  • Very familiar with agile frameworks and able to flex to the methodology chosen by the squad to suit the project, initiative or area they are working with.
  • Very familiar with discovery and prioritisation techniques. Backing your decisions up with quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Great at facilitating workshops and socialising your ideas with the rest of the organisation.
  • Provide clear leadership, tell the customer story, focus on outcomes and don’t get too caught up in the tech.
  • Understand the fundamentals of an application hosted in the cloud, AWS preferable, and the tools and processes a development team needs to operate effectively.

USEFUL EXPERIENCE:

  • You have worked with eSignature, document management or security/compliance products before.
  • You have worked in the Finance, Education or Real Estate industry in the past. These are Signable’s top three industries; knowing how they operate will give you a head start.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help evolve our world-class eSignature and document management platform. You’ll be helping oversee all projects in the business. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will also be the second in command for the Product Management team. This is a high-impact role requiring you to step up into leadership and strategy conversations and also support one other Product Manager.
