THE ROLE: SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager who’s ready to lead impactful initiatives that align with our mission to revolutionize workforce experience. In addition to leading key initiatives, you will collaborate with our leadership team to shape our product roadmap, contribute to our scaling strategy, and gain opportunities for career advancement. As a Senior Product Manager at Speakap, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying user needs, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving forward innovative solutions in our product suite. This role will involve understanding customer challenges, prioritizing opportunities, and guiding teams in delivering meaningful improvements to the Speakap experience.

YOUR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage deeply with our users, learning from their experiences to ensure Speakap is a vital tool for their daily lives.
• Develop a deep understanding of our users, business objectives, and the technology landscape, using this knowledge to shape impactful product strategies.
• Lead the end-to-end Product Discovery process, identifying opportunities that address user problems and align with business goals.
• Work closely with product designers, engineers, and the commercial team to build intuitive, relevant, and viable solutions for our customers.
• Stay on top of industry trends and the competitive landscape to ensure our product remains innovative and competitive.
• Create, manage, and evaluate product metrics to drive data-driven decisions, ensuring that each solution delivers measurable value.
• Guide teams in testing and validating features through hypothesis-driven methods, using KPIs to track success and iterate where necessary.
• Mentor and lead other product managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across teams.
