We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Product Manager to join our team and drive product excellence in the internet and blockchain space. You will take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products remain competitive and deliver outstanding user experiences.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

Experience:

- At least 5 years of experience as a product manager in the internet industry (experience in blockchain or Web3 is a strong plus).
- Proven track record of managing complex products from concept to launch with measurable success.
Skills:

- Proficient in product lifecycle management, user experience design, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong market insight and business acumen, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable product strategies.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, capable of seamless communication in a multicultural environment.

Product Strategy and Planning:

- Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze user needs to identify product opportunities and improvements.
Product Design and Development:

- Collaborate with design, engineering, and operations teams to define product features, user flows, and technical requirements.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Market and User Insights:

- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor products, and user feedback to support product decision-making.
Cross-team Communication and Collaboration:

- Act as the central point for product-related matters, ensuring effective communication across teams.
