• Lead the product strategy and development efforts in one of Lemonade’s main business domains, focusing on optimizing user experiences and driving product scalability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, data analysis, and other stakeholders to define product goals and priorities.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, and translate them into actionable plans and prototypes.
• Drive the execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment across other product teams within the organization
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize them
