SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Extensive Product Management Experience: You have proven experience as a successful product manager and are familiar with the processes and workflows in agile software development or other relevant areas such as firmware or electronic products.
• Experience with Configuration Software and Authentication Technologies: You are familiar with configuration software for IoT or hardware devices and have expertise in authentication technologies (RFID transponder technology or mobile credentials).
• Knowledge of Digital Business Models: You understand the development and implementation of digital business models, which is advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset and Analytical Skills: You possess strong analytical abilities, and strategic thinking to understand customer needs and develop long-term product and monetization strategies.
• Ownership and Execution: You demonstrate an ownership mentality and have strong execution strength.
• Excellent Communication Skills: You have exceptional communication abilities, a winning demeanor, and confidence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent English Proficiency: You are proficient in English, both written and spoken; German is a plus.
• Office Availability: You are willing and able to work appr. 50% of the time in the office (Puchheim near Munich).

• Manage Product Lifecycle and Roadmap: You will oversee the entire product lifecycle for our software products for reader configuration and other value-added services, including roadmap planning.
• Develop Licensing Models and Identify Business Opportunities: You will create and implement innovative licensing models to generate recurring revenue. You will conduct market analyses to discover new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders and Manage Requirements: You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that requirements and features are aligned with market and customer perspectives.
• Make Strategic Product Decisions: You will make informed product decisions that consider strategic, commercial, and technical aspects, ensuring market-oriented solutions.
• Coordinate with Departments for Implementation: You will collaborate extensively with departments such as software development but also for hardware products to ensure smooth implementation.
• Support Marketing and Product Launches: You will partner with marketing to support product launches. Additionally, you will take responsibility for creating product-related information, materials, tools, and aids.
• Support Sales and Monitor Success: You will assist the sales team and engage with customers, e.g. at trade shows and conferences. Additionally, you will regularly monitor the success of product lines and stay updated on technological trends and developments.
