Description:

VONAGE PRODUCT MANAGEMENT MISSION

We bridge technology and the business needs to deliver new products and services to the market. We imagine the future and orchestrate cross-functional efforts to bring it to life. We apply business understanding, customer knowledge and competitive awareness to collaborate with and lead efforts to envision, design, develop and execute state-of-the-art products and features. Our output changes the communications game.
Now, we need a product manager to help ensure that Vonage teams have the best possible experience with the tools they use every day.
The products you will be working on are internal tools such as Admin Dashboard (legacy), template based product admin called Sigma and a micro-front-end platform called Management Console. The newly built platform intends to solve Vonage-wide use cases around pricing, routing and account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with teams such as Finance, Operations to Fraud to collect, prioritize, and validate business requirements for delivery.
  • Collaborate with individual Product Managers for data driven prioritization
  • Work with the engineering and UX design teams to build an outcome focussed user experience.
  • Document, train, and coach teams to effectively use the products, features, and solutions you deliver.
