About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you will shape the future of our AI and automation solutions within the Customer Service space. Your deep expertise will help define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, aligning it with our business goals and enterprise customer needs. You will lead cross-functional teams through all stages of the product lifecycle, from discovery and research to delivery and ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Discovery:

  • Conduct user research and market analysis to identify customer pain points and opportunities for AI-powered automation in the Customer Service space.
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to translate customer needs into actionable development plans.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI and automation relevant to the Customer Service industry.

Delivery:

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure the successful development, testing, and launch of new features.
  • Manage product backlog prioritization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Champion clear communication and collaboration across all stakeholders involved in the product development process.

Product Operations:

  • Gather data, run key meetings and product rituals, and ensure overall operational hygiene.
  • Monitor key leading indicators to track product adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer feedback, ideas, and usage data to identify areas for improvement and product iterations.
  • Support GTM functions to build assets and demos to support sales, pre-sales, and marketing efforts for product launches and ongoing initiatives.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure a seamless product experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (CS, Engineering, etc.)
  • 5+ years in a Product Management role.
  • 5+ years of experience on a SaaS, B2B high-growth product team.
  • Hands-on experience using low-code development tools.
  • Experience working with AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • A passion for B2B enterprise SaaS products and understanding of the current market landscape.
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience with Product Management, User Design, and/or User Research methodologies.
  • An MBA is a plus, but not required.

Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$97,650.00 - $191,550.00
