Senior Product Manager

You will perform your magic in the following main areas:

Business aspects of the offering:

• Lead & execute Product strategy for your area (short to long term, via OKR & product planning)
• You are the natural ”go-to” person for your product area and have a close collaboration with your virtual teams in agile mode, collecting input, informing, training and keeping them up to date of progress/issues and roadmap.

• Design & support the execution of product Go-to-Market strategy (pricing, communication, documentation, training) in cooperation with the your virtual teams to ensure the right position of the product on functionality and value.Monitor the performance of your products to find areas of improvement to optimize profitability and quality

Product Development and Evolution:

• Lead initiatives for product development and act as the requirement owner.
• Propose and implement changes that improve functionality and efficiency.

Development and maintenance of the product portfolio:

• Responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience and keeping the portfolio relevant
• Understanding the relevant market(s) where Worldline operates
• Act on deviation on customer experience & quality
