We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Senior Product Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in driving product awareness, adoption, and growth for Exasol, collaborating closely with product, sales and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the conduit between product management, marketing and sales, ensuring full alignment across departments, using data-led insights to inform on strategy and messaging to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand competitor offerings, customer needs, and industry trends within the SaaS, AI and data analytics landscape.
  • Develop compelling product messaging tailored toward both the business and technical audiences that can be used to create a variety of marketing materials (e.g., blog posts, white papers, case studies, web copy).
  • Manage product launches, including developing launch plans, creating marketing assets, and executing promotional campaigns.
  • Oversee the product marketing section of the website, ensuring it is up-to-date and optimized for lead generation and conversion.
  • Track competitor activity and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Track and analyze product marketing messaging and campaign performance, using data-led insights to inform on continued strategy and messaging.
  • Create sales enablement materials and presentations to equip the sales team with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively sell.
  • In parallel, collect feedback from the sales teams on key objections, customer language and terminology, obstacles and successes to further refine the product pitch.
