We’re seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to our Head of Product Management, you will lead a team of Product (Management & Marketing) professionals to craft the most compelling Product for our customers with optimised financial returns. You will operate in a hybrid capacity from our planned Bicester location with the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.
We are looking for a seasoned automotive leader to electrify our growing Product Management team. Taking direct accountability for managing our Products from Planning through launch and into lifecycle management, a large part of your role will also involve developing best practice tools and processes to support Product Management as the organisation grows and matures into a global business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the growth and development of the Product Management team
  • Accountable for business case contribution via variant/trim strategies, feature content, options strategy and accompanying take rates
  • Justify product content investment via benchmarks and business cases
  • Work with Product Development teams to deliver product attribute & content positioning; managing trade-offs to achieve best fit for customer / brand & financials.
  • Post-launch, through continuous data monitoring of the vehicle sales performance across all markets, develop Model Year strategies which enhance and optimise the customer offer throughout the lifecycle, maximising the bottom line.
  • Develop key customer facing product messaging, including target audience specific USPs, Why-Buys and Sales arguments, including translation of these in to appropriate and compelling marketing assets.
  • Develop Product Guide assets to provide complete product information to the wider business in support of Product launch and go-to-market activities, arming the sales and marketing teams with the knowledge to deliver planned sales targets.
  • Own and develop the Commercial Launch Plan, including the alignment and planning of go to market activities with wider Commercial and MarComms functions.
  • Support Marketing with the development of the go-to-market strategy for maximum impact and resonance with our Target Customer.
  • Develop vehicle and feature demonstration plans to support Product Marketing asset creation as well as Marketing assets.
  • Represent Forseven at routine press and marketing events.
