Description:

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand Management, or Customer Engagement roles, ideally in an eCommerce, FMCG, or tech environment.
  • Experience working closely with Tech stakeholders and Product Teams, with the ability to influence and guide product development with a focus on customer loyalty.
  • Proven expertise in brand marketing and a strong understanding of brand research, metrics, and attitudinal segmentation.
  • A strategic mindset, with a passion for developing customer loyalty strategies that enhance brand perception and increase retention.
  • Strong project management skills; you are comfortable managing multiple initiatives in parallel across diverse markets.
  • A collaborative approach, with experience leading cross-functional teams in an international and multi-brand environment.
  • Excellent skills in messaging and positioning, with the ability to craft compelling, clear narratives that resonate with loyal customers.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and the ability to leverage insights to shape product marketing initiatives and loyalty strategies.
  • Data-driven: experience analyzing customer data, loyalty metrics, and brand research to inform marketing decisions.
  • Experience in brand research and attitudinal segmentation is a plus.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Loyalty, you will help lead Customer Engagement within Product Marketing. Sitting as part of the Global Brand Team, this Senior Manager plays a key role in strengthening customer retention across both our Meal Kit and Ready-to-Heat (RTH) brands. Working from our Berlin headquarters and collaborating closely with Digital and Physical Product Teams, you’ll drive the strategy behind loyalty-focused product messaging and communication.
This role focuses on developing and implementing initiatives that foster long-term customer loyalty, ensuring that our efforts align across products and markets. You’ll have the opportunity to shape loyalty-driven marketing initiatives and influence product positioning within broader brand campaigns, enhancing brand perception and increasing the loyal customer base.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and execute messaging and communication strategies aimed at retaining and engaging our loyal customer base across all products.
  • Ensure alignment of loyalty efforts across Meal Kit and RTH brands, working closely with the Digital and Physical Product Teams to streamline loyalty initiatives.
  • Identify which products drive customer loyalty, develop strategies to communicate their value, and integrate these insights into broader brand campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Marketing, Product, and Creative, to align loyalty strategies with ongoing product and brand initiatives.
  • Lead Marketing for go-to-market strategies for loyalty-specific product features, ensuring that they are communicated effectively across international markets.
  • Work with Brand Strategy and Consumer Insights teams to understand customer behavior, loyalty drivers, and how brand perception affects retention.
  • Analyze loyalty metrics and customer segmentation, using data to provide actionable insights and to inform marketing decisions.
  • Drive strategic brand positioning, ensuring loyalty programs contribute to positive brand perception and growth in customer lifetime value.
