In this role you will be responsible for the strategic Marketing development and execution of our flagship-product ‘TRIOS’ – leading the commercial positioning, launches, and strategic projects. You will generate high impact within this area, and with focus on defining and delivering the GTM roll-out and communication strategy, commercial value proposition/positioning/messaging, product branding/naming, sales tracking, and key strategic meetings. You will represent TRIOS Marketing, working alongside many cross-functional teams with close collaboration with Product Management, various Commercial teams, and local affiliates.
You will be joining the ‘Product Marketing & Global Events team’ consisting of 10 stellar Marketing and Event Managers, where you will have direct leadership of 4 Product Marketing Managers. The full team has the responsibility of implementing marketing commercialization of 3Shape solutions (hardware, software, services, accessories) for all relevant customer segments, securing organizational readiness across all relevant functions. Additionally, the team provides sparring and best practice sharing to local markets, promoting product communication across the organization.

• Deliver best-in-class product launches; defining strong strategic conception, goal setting, competitor mapping, stakeholder management, and project management.
• Develop competitive positioning, value propositions, key selling points, and enticing product messaging.
• Generate insights and trends within digital dentistry to identify strategic opportunities.
• Takes initiative to optimize processes, projects and experiences within Marketing.
• Team lead for 4 Product Marketing Managers, supporting their growth and development, and project progress.
