REQUIRED SKILLS:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar or related role
• Proven experience within a portfolio management context and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in utilizing portfolio management tools and methodologies to drive decision-making.
• Deep knowledge of the OKR framework, with experience setting and monitoring cross-functional goals within a multi-team environment.
• Demonstrated ability in working with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels and driving the agenda.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Nice to have

• Select or develop tools essential for efficient organizational planning, aiming for maximum visibility and transparency.
• Foster close collaboration with leaders in Product, Engineering, and Data to strategically manage product portfolio priorities, dependencies, and risks, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Seamlessly incorporate the OKR framework into the company’s daily operations, ensuring it becomes an integral part of our daily habits.
• Ensure portfolio priorities are transparent and understood, promoting uniform criteria across teams for project and program prioritization.
• Lead the strategic planning efforts across all products, ensuring alignment between resource allocation, investments, and overarching business objectives.
• Facilitate cross-product collaboration, aiming to secure delivery alignment with business objectives, while orchestrating reporting, communications, and change initiatives within portfolio management operations.
• Provide guidance and support to teams in the development and execution of their roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and the OKR framework
• Enhance cross-functional collaboration and organizational transparency by organizing regular meetings and updates, fostering a culture of accountability.
• Aligns product portfolio priorities to strategic business objectives and monitors the overall health of the portfolio through key metrics and data
• Standardize planning and operational processes company-wide to maintain consistency and efficiency.
• Enables operational efficiency by supporting training, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices
• Lead process improvement and automation by identifying opportunities and employing technology and best practices to simplify procedures and minimize manual efforts.
• Serve as an enabling contact for stakeholders, providing support, guidance, and escalation management as needed to address portfolio challenges.
