• Become an expert on assigned system or area and own communication with end users.
• Lead discussions with cross-functional teams to develop system requirements and coordinate with other IT teams that integrate with assigned system(s)
• Mentor and/or directly manage junior Product Owners.
• Assist with the policy administration system including new product builds and/or creation of 1099s as a carrier
• Refine and document requirements, tracking them across development, testing, and deployment.
• Prioritize the backlog between multiple competing projects and production issues.
• Drive project execution and proactively report on project progress, risks, and blockers.
• Perform detailed analysis of assigned system to investigate defects and enhancements.
• Create process flows for business procedures and assess potential enhancements.
• Maintain high quality documentation.
• Liaison with third party vendors.
