REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong skills in roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and feature definition.
- Minimum of 3+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager in fintech, SaaS, or platform products.
- Proven experience analyzing customer platforms, improving user experiences, and performing drop-off analysis.
- Strong understanding of SDKs, APIs, and modular architecture.
- Hands-on experience with scalable technical platforms, including SDKs and APIs.
- Knowledge of banking or fintech ecosystems (bonus if experience spans Retail Banking, Retail Credit, or Business Banking).
- Proven track record of improving scalability and supporting diverse product use cases.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with fintech, embedded banking, or BaaS (Banking-as-a-Service) is a must.
- Proficiency in product innovation and strategic methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize the SDK’s roadmap to improve scalability and support diverse product use cases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align the SDK’s capabilities with business goals.
- Ensure the SDK can support all business units (Retail Banking, Retail Credit, Business Banking) and partner-specific customizations.
- Translate Business Needs into Technical Requirements (PRD & Wireframe)
- Work with engineering teams to design a modular and scalable SDK architecture.
- Ensuring the SDK meets market needs.
- Liaise with partners, business units, and technical teams to align priorities.
- Manage expectations and resolve conflicts between customization and scalability between product, business, engineering and sales.
- Monitor the SDK’s performance and usability, identifying areas for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends to introduce innovative banking solutions.
- Drive Product Experimentation with Proper Methodology
