Halifax and Birmingham Midshires, leaders in the residential and Buy to Let mortgage markets, are seeking a dynamic and visionary Product Owner to digitize our broker management process and deliver a world-class broker experience.
In this role, you will be at the helm of transforming our current operational practices. From initial registration to ongoing support and communication, you will lead the design, shaping, and delivery of a backlog that enhances every aspect of broker management and reporting.

What You’ll Do:

  • Spearhead the digitization of our broker management process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for brokers.
  • Engage with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members to gain a deep understanding of market needs, using insights to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and manage a dynamic backlog that drives innovation and growth.

What you’ll need…

  • You’re experienced in working in an Agile delivery environment at scale
  • You’ve had experience in delivery of technology change across software and infrastructure,
  • You’re able to demonstrate working with technical and cross-functional teams to create a service at scale
  • You’re adept at immersing into a Product Business Area including external market trends to bring industry-leading insight to the organisation
