JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Product Owner working within Coupons & Benefits, you will play a critical role in re-building and modernizing our product landscape for Benefits tools. In this agile and forward-thinking environment, you will drive the evolution of our benefits solutions, ensuring they meet both business and customer needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner who goes above and beyond than simply just delivering features. In this role, you will be passionate and comfortable about getting to the bottom of things, and driving the business forward while continuously managing stakeholder interests and buy-in in a fast-paced environment. You will become a pivotal figure in bringing deep insights and vision of where the benefits landscape is going across digital channels in the coming years and how that can elevate our business.
Responsibilities:
- Product Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for benefits tools, aligning it with the company’s overall objectives.
- Agile Leadership: As a Product Owner in an Agile development environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to synthesize as well as prioritize requirements, features, while managing the product backlog, and ensuring sprint goals are met.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market demands related to benefits tools and technologies. Use this knowledge to shape the product roadmap.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, data scientists, and UX designers, to understand their needs and translate them into user stories.
- Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining the prioritization of features, enhancements, and updates.
- Data and Analytics: Leverage data and analytics to make informed product decisions and drive benefits strategies.
- Release Management: Manage product releases, including coordinating with development teams, conducting user acceptance testing, and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Feedback Loop: Establish mechanisms for collecting user feedback and insights to continuously improve the benefits tools.
