As we continue our rapid expansion, particularly in the automotive and machinery sectors, we’re seeking a Senior Product Owner to drive the next phase of our growth. This role is critical to our mission of building a scalable SaaS platform that leverages advanced data solutions to solve complex engineering challenges.

You’ll play a key role in strategic discussions and problem-solving, all while maintaining a strong user-centric and empathetic approach.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• You bring deep knowledge of core data topics, including expertise in GraphQL, graph databases (such as Neo4j or Amazon Neptune), and data ingestion pipelines. Your ability to understand and translate complex technical requirements into actionable product features will be key.
• You have a proven track record as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with experience in the automotive, machinery, or related industries. Your background includes managing complex products with a strong data component.
• You are well-versed in agile development processes and have experience leading teams through sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Professional certification in agile methodologies is a plus.
• Your decisions are data-driven, and you have a strong analytical mindset that enables you to prioritize effectively, make informed decisions, and measure the impact of product features.
• You excel in communication, able to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships across departments, fostering collaboration and alignment.
• You are passionate about innovation and staying ahead of industry trends. Your ability to envision and create new solutions is complemented by a commitment to continuous improvement, both in the products you manage and in the processes you lead.
• You possess excellent English language skills, with proficiency in German being an advantage.
