Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with organisational goals.
  • Gather and prioritise requirements, creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the platform team and the application development community.
  • Collaborate with development teams to refine and manage the product backlog.
  • Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor platform performance metrics and user feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the success and impact of platform features.
  • Present product updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
