The Intermediately & Partnerships Lab in the Homes Platform is passionate about creating new services for our customers that transform the customer and colleague experience. We are looking for a passionate and innovative Product Owner to join our Broker Intermediary Lab. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the most used mortgage journey in the UK, driving growth and maintaining Halifax’s position as the No. 1 lender.
As a key player in our team, you will collaborate with business and channel stakeholders to gain deep insights into the needs of brokers through market and competitor analysis. Your mission will be to build and deliver a robust backlog that not only meets but exceeds our lending goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the charge in enhancing the mortgage journey for brokers across the UK.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and anticipate market needs.
- Utilize competitor insights to stay ahead of the curve.
- Develop and manage a dynamic backlog that drives growth and innovation.
- Play a crucial role in maintaining Halifax’s top position in the mortgage market.
What you’ll need…
- You’re experienced in working in an Agile delivery environment at scale
- You’ve had experience in delivery of technology change across software and infrastructure,
- You’re able to demonstrate working with technical and cross-functional teams to create a service at scale
- You’re adept at immersing into a Product Business Area including external market trends to bring industry-leading insight to the organisation
