Deloitte is looking for a Product Owner to join its talented IT Business Applications team to coordinate, innovate and continually improve a wide range of products consumed by our business.
IT Business Applications is an internal team responsible for a wide catalogue of bespoke, SaaS and Globally managed applications. Our involvement spans the full software lifecycle and as such, work covers a variety of project and BAU activities.

You’re a natural at communicating both verbally and in the written format to a wide range of stakeholders, a great active listener and hugely collaborative.

Essentials

  • Organisational and leadership skills to influence, negotiate and manage the competing demands of different stakeholder groups across different levels
  • Identify and prioritise initiatives based on value and track through to delivery through a product backlog
  • Produce product roadmaps and ensure they are reflective of any changing business requirement
  • Ability to translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Demonstrable knowledge of delivery and service methodologies including Waterfall, Agile and ITIL
  • Analysing reporting data to gain business insights for continual service improvement opportunities
  • Innovative and creative thinker who is able to articulate and deliver on a vision
  • Ability to coordinate activities across multiple functions to maintain service operations and development

Desirables

  • Familiarity with SaaS & bespoke solutions
  • Vendor management experience
  • Agile certification
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
