Description:

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (SAFe, SCRUM) and demand management.
  • Experience in public sector procurement processes, including RFPs and supplier relationship management.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and familiarity with ITIL v4 principles.
  • Strong background in product lifecycle management, from roadmap creation to backlog maintenance and release coordination.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to engage cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in French or Dutch (excellent), with a good command of English.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A KEYSTONE CONSULTANT

You will be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the clients business team, guiding them through the identification, analysis, and specification of their needs. Your responsibilities include:

  • Business Engagement & Support
  • Assist the client in defining requirements and evaluating the impact of proposed changes, while balancing technical and organizational constraints.
  • Work with business leaders to validate the added value of each request, establish business cases, and prioritize deliverables.
  • Support the preparation of public sector specifications, including participation in tenders and supplier selection.
  • Solution Conceptualization & Delivery
  • Translate business requirements into a detailed product roadmap, working closely with the IS department and development teams.
  • Maintain the product backlog, defining, prioritizing, and closing user stories.
  • Collaborate with the Service Delivery team to anticipate non-functional requirements like monitoring and reporting.
  • Coordination of Delivery & Vendor Management
  • Manage the integration of deliverables into the Sales Solutions environment, ensuring alignment with release schedules.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and manage the delivery and integration of system upgrades or new features.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing to validate solutions before implementation.
  • Reporting & Risk Management
  • Regularly update the client on progress, risks, and obstacles through status meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to address incidents and define necessary functional or technical improvements.
