We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our Foundation Product Office.
Foundation is the R&D unit where common functionality for our flagship product Elements is developed. As a Product Owner, you will serve as the crucial link between our end customers, business stakeholders, and development teams. You will work closely with the development teams that are developing and maintaining the technical solutions for your domains. You will be the go-to expert on our product backlog, ensuring that the team’s focus remains on the most impactful and valuable tasks that truly benefit our customers.
We believe that you can zoom out from the details to see the bigger picture. Splitting user stories before your morning coffee is just another day at the office for a seasoned Product Owner like yourself! You won’t be alone, though. You will collaborate with development teams, other Product Owners, Lead Architects, Lead Quality Engineers, and others. In other words, you’ll get the best of both worlds - immersed in both the technical and business aspects of our products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Focus: Leading the teams planning sessions, to align product objectives with customer expectations and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Backlog Management: Breaking down and communicating product vision as well as business, technology, and protection capability roadmaps to the teams.
• Metrics and Reporting: Establishing and tracking the product metrics to monitor performance and identify areas needing attention.
• Collaboration: Working closely with other Product Owners and with different teams within WithSecure, such as development, testing, and QA, to embed excellent product management practices in their workflows.
• User centricity: Funnel feedback from customer to backlog items for the development team.
