QUALIFICATIONS

• BCom Accounting degree

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

• Has 4 years’ experience in a Finance Operations role.
• Sports production knowledge and experience advantageous
• Strong finance and administration skills
• Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office applications), advanced excel
• SAP & Coupa experience

• To manage the financial aspects of SuperSport productions. The role involves overseeing the financial operations, tracking expenses, ensuring compliance with budgets, and providing financial insights to help production teams make informed decisions.

Key Performance Areas Financial Management

• Work with the Production department, including the Head of Production, to help make financial decisions.
• Prepare and Manage production budgets
• Review and sign off financial aspects pertaining to contract approvals
• Provide ongoing feedback and escalate issues relating to financial performance of productions
• Manage, review and evaluate event/production budget proposals and quotes.
• Review of monthly payroll submissions and reconciliation of payroll.
• Monitor monthly performance of productions against budget and escalate issues identified
