Description:

As the Visual Pioneering Coordinator, you will oversee and support various tasks and projects within the Eyeline Visual Pioneering Group to ensure efficient operations and successful project completion. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and external partners.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Effectively coordinates the resolution of problems and roadblocks as they occur.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g.,Airtable, Monday.com. ClickUp) is a plus
  • Resilience: remain calm and confident under pressure, cope well with fast paced environments and short deadlines, be adaptable, use initiative, have a positive attitude
    This salary range is specific to applicants applying to our position in Vancouver, BC. To determine your base salary, we consider your qualifications, skills, and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary outside of this range and will also be dependent on your location.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact between different departments, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth information flow.
  • Scheduling: Arrange and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members and ensure timely communication of changes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for projects and departmental activities.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on project status, department activities, and other relevant metrics.
  • Resource Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project needs are met.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements. Receives work in the form of short-term assignments or processes that frequently require the application of independent judgment.
  • Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing correspondence, handling inquiries, and managing office supplies.
