Insignia Resources is seeking to hire a highly motivated Senior Production Drafter who is eager to lead the way in architectural production drafting and make a significant impact on remarkable projects.

Responsibilities Client Services • Professional demeanor with employees • Lead coordination meetings both internally and externally • Review meeting minutes after each meeting • Proactive and direct communications Creative Leadership • Follow and speaks to current industry trends on CAD/BIM workflow and documentation.
- Attend CAD/BIM seminars and training to remain at top level for work implementation.
- Provide thought-leadership on design CAD/BIM trends to the team • 100% timely and accurate timesheets • 100% timely and accurate reimbursable expenses (personal project) Project Deliverables • Proactively set the CAD production documentation standard and direction of the projects in • conjunction with Studio Director • Produce project administration to meet the project timeline for CAD/BIM production (resource • allocation, etc.)
- Oversee the production project drawings, mark-up and direct intermediate and junior CAD production • staff, produce project drawings (floor plans, elevations, electrical plans, RCPs, detail drawings, • millwork drawings, etc.)

Ability to • produce extremely efficient CAD production drawings and documentation to meet project timelines.
- Able to lead a team and make decisions and communicate in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, efficient, intelligent, confident, and discreet with a positive and confident demeanor.
- Goal and detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong abilities in leading projects, motivating staff, and liaising with team members are a must.
- Proficient in the use AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-Up, Rhino.
and Microsoft Office programs.
- Possess advanced knowledge of interior design/Architecture principles/practices.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- At least 7 years of demonstrated work experience with Interior Design and/or Architectural firm.
