Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Engineer to join our global team.You possess extensive expertise in validation processes, production procedures, and our comprehensive product portfolio. They will consistently uphold high standards while continually enhancing ongoing processes in validation and production.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Global Collaboration: Work with teams across the globe, serving as a crucial link between engineers, project managers, scalability teams, and R&D units within our supplier network.
- International Supplier Management: Collaborate closely with international suppliers to ensure seamless integration and compliance with production standards.
- Operational Team Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with operational teams to ensure smooth production processes and address any issues promptly.
- Research and Development: Actively participate in the R&D department to drive innovation and optimize product design for scalability and cost-effectiveness.
- Process Optimization: Pursue new knowledge to enhance product compliance with regulatory standards and facilitate economies of scale through component unification.
- Knowledge Hub: Function as the central knowledge hub within the organization, cultivating a wealth of knowledge across various departments and establishing themselves as the primary point of contact for any product-related inquiries.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Possess a profound understanding of product and testing requirements across diverse markets, ensuring compliance and maintaining product quality.
- Mass Production Readiness: Focus on guaranteeing the highest quality in mass production-ready products, mitigating issues related to production and engineering.
- FMEA Procedure: Set up, steer, and continuously optimize the Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) procedure.
