Job Description
Reporting to the Production director, we’re looking for a senior hands-on producer to provide video post production experience in our growing creative & experience production team. You will work as part of a global team and manage localisation/adaptation video projects across a variety of clients. Ensuring the seamless delivery of projects that meet our clients’ ambition, production values and commercial targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
- +6 years of experience in production experience across multiple platforms
- Spanish and English proficiency.
- Excellent knowledge of broadcast/post production workflows.
- Experience/knowledge of business affairs/TV admin.
- Proven ability to provide excellent client service.
- Ability to prioritise effectively across a number of projects, managing time and resources according to each production’s requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure calmly and effectively, and to tight deadlines
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Methodical, proactive self-starter with an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite – Premiere / Photoshop/ After Effects etc
- Knowledge of TV formats, codecs and audio standards.
- Industry relationships / Talent black book.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our Post Production Director and other producers within Jellyfish to develop and embed best practice across the team.
- Work closely with account management teams to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly, on brief, on time and on budget.
- Support in developing and maintaining the current post production processes
- Share your experience/knowledge to develop the skills of the wider team.
- Embed a commercially minded culture and support the team to maximize all commercial opportunities.
- Reflect the agency’s values and culture at all times.
- Develop client relationships and actively support retention and development
