Based in Craigavon, Co. Armagh, Wilson’s Country Ltd specialises in pre-packed, peeled and prepared potatoes.
We supply food retailers, caterers and food processing companies with a range of products, offering quality, taste, full traceability and value for money.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Assistant Production Manager the successful candidate will oversee a work area and supervise activities associated with the effective and efficient production and despatch of products in accordance with customer requirements, quality standards, food safety and health and safety standards.
The main duties of the role include:

- Quality, Food Hygiene and Food Safety
- People Planning
- Performance management
- Planning Production
The role is 40 hours across 5 days per week Monday - Saturday. Flexibility will be required for work patterns from 6am - 11pm
- Evening Shift - working 5 days out of 6, Monday - Friday 2.30pm - 11.00pm with a shift bonus.
- Day shift - working 5 days out of 6, Monday - Saturday 8.00am - 5.00pm
- Early shift - working 5 days out of 6, Monday to Saturday 6.30am-2.30pm .
