OVERVIEW

As a Sr. Professional Services Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and delivering detailed product and technology solutions through consulting, training, and implementation project activities. The scope of work will be based on hours, type of project, and initiative. You will engage with customers requiring varied interpersonal, product, and technical skills. Your technical responsibilities will include discovery, product/technology/workflow definition and/or design, implementation, training, and solution deployment. Additionally, you may be required to participate in sales presentations and conduct follow-up product and technical demos/training as needed. You may identify additional product/services opportunities through customer engagements. Your performance will be measured by utilization and the customers’ successful adoption, usage, and recommendation of our products. You will actively and regularly meet with and present to customers, implement, and train to meet client business specifications, usually tied to a project or initiative timeline.
