Description:

We are excited for the opportunity to bring aboard highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our teams. Currently, we are seeking a Senior Program Analyst - Naval Aviation. This role supports our Navy customer in Lexington Park, MD.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
10 years of experience related to of Navy aviation projects with a Master’s degree (MS/MA), or allowable substitution.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Desired “small deck” (DDG) Fleet aviation experience. (INDOPACOM)
- Desired knowledge of maritime Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) operations
- Desired experience with U.S. Navy Fleet various U.S. Navy Fleet Exercise events (i.e. RIMPAC, Integrated Battle Problems, etc.)
- Desired experience support OPNAV requirements office
- Desired experience with Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) and other DoD innovation organizations
Education Requirements: Masters degree or allowable substitution
Security Clearance: Top Secret / SCI eligible (must be a US Citizen)
Contract: This position is supporting an active, funded contract.
Status/Hours: This is a Part Time position. 20 hours per week.

Manages various projects across multiple platforms/systems for AIRWorks and its customers. Assists DoD customers in identifying, analyzing, and codifying project requirements. Develop Project Execution Strategies that capture, structure, and display mutually agreed to cost, schedule, and performance parameters.
- Assesses project scope, budgets, and timelines to develop labor/material ROM estimates to complete projects on time and within financial constraints.
- Monitors, tracks, and reports project performance metrics.
- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives
- Develops acquisition strategies and overall project planning.
- Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
- Performs management, technical, or business case analysis.
- Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
- Desired demonstrated experience supporting the Government when the Government is the LSI
