OVERVIEW

Come join Intuit as a Senior Program Manager!

As a key member of the Corporate Responsibility team, you will be part of a mission to better prepare students for future job opportunities through the development of personal finance and entrepreneurial skills.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • 7+ years of experience in developing and managing educational programs with school/district partners, as well as event coordination and project management preferred
  • Project-management software experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing an end-to-end program vision and strategy to ensure program is set up for long-term success
  • Project management of the overall program, including building and managing the program’s project plan, leading team meetings and maintaining program artifacts and resources to help efficiently manage the program
  • Building and maintaining district partnerships to support program implementation and growth
  • Collecting and disseminating impact stories to support Intuit’s storytelling efforts, collaborating with marketing, comms and social
  • Partnering with internal and external teams such as legal, marketing, brand, comms, product, and sustainability to develop program experiences that support students in developing job ready skills through this work-based learning program
  • Managing a team of contractors to ensure program scale does not compromise quality as additional districts are onboarded
  • Lead the execution of large scale, 200+ person launch events that both engage students in career development experiences as well as celebrate the launch of the program with the school and surrounding community
  • Tracking impact data across the program, developing monthly, quarterly and year end reports for public dissemination
  • Develop and manage core program experiences such as the Student Showcase and Teacher Summit
  • Manage the RFP process to source new partners, working with legal and district leadership towards contract execution
  • Manage external vendors to execute program events, curriculum development and food truck procuremen
